Below is the availability calendar for the Main Hall and the Meeting Room.
To make a booking, simply click the plus (+) icon on the day you wish to book.
All bookings are provisional and will be confirmed by our booking officer either via email or a phone call.
The process to make a booking:
- Use the availability calendar to find the date and time you want to hire.
- Place your provisional booking by clicking the + (plus) symbol on the chosen day.
- Our Booking Officer will check and approve your booking and issue you an invoice.
- You pay the invoice online using you credit/debit card. Booking is then secured.
- A week before your hire, we invoice you for the security deposit. Once paid we then issue you with a door access code, which will allow you into the hall for the period of your hire.
- Once your hire is over and the hall has been checked by us, your security deposit it then refunded to you (within 28 days, usually much sooner).
