A huge thank you to Jazzercise Braintree and Dunmow for connecting! Thanks so much Sam and Terri🥰Seated Jazzercise is a low-impact version of the popular rhythmic class. It is slowed down, with easy to follow moves that still gets your muscles working! Not only does it activate a wide range of muscles, but it is great for keeping joints mobile and flexible. I’d also really recommend this class for anyone recovering from injury or illness, who maybe feels like ‘normal’ Jazzercise would be too much. Or for anyone (like me) who has to be a bit more careful with their joints; this is a great option to try if you live with hyper-mobility, EDS, or fibromyalgia. Give it a try!This class is super friendly and welcoming (they really are a lovely bunch!) so even if you are nervous about joining, please give it a go. Instructor Sam has YEARS of experience and is very easy to talk to.From Friday 26th April, there is a six-week trial of seated Jazzercise at Rayne village hall. £8 per class PAYG or £42 for all six paid up front. 10:40-5 start time.
