We hear you and we’re introducing a brand new class just for YOU! 🌟Jazzercise Lo Chair🌟This class is designed especially for seniors, those recovering from injury/surgery, pregnant/post pregnancy or people just starting out on their fitness journey who want to progress slowly to our regular classes. Our new Jazzercise LO Chair classes are minimal impact with maximum results! Get your heart rate up without impact. High impact movements are replaced with muscle focused alternatives to protect your joints and maximise your results! All the FUN of Jazzercise but at a slower, more gentle pace, using the chair for support throughout the class!Here are some frequently asked questions... How long will the classes be?Each class will be 45 minutes long and include a warm up some cardio (dance) and then strength training (which is also skilfully choreographed to make it effective but also FUN!) Will there be cardio and strength training?Yes! Dance based cardio to raise your heart rate and strength training to help maintain muscle and bone density focussing on your upper torso, legs and abdominals. What happens after the 6 week course?After the 6 weeks, you are more than welcome to join the next 6 week course or progress to one of our regular classes. What do I wear?You can wear anything that you feel comfortable working out in, but a good pair of trainers is essential! We can now confirm that we raised £1,217 at the Coffee Morning on Saturday. This is the most we’ve ever raised and we’d like to record our thanks to everyone that supported the event, including Rayne Parish Council, and Rayne Village Hall. We are thankful for the support we are shown as we continue to raise vital funds for Young Lives vs Cancer.
