AGM
We can advise that we are to hold our AGM (Originally due in April this year) in our main hall at 19:00 hours on Wednesday 12th August. We are aware that this is less than the normal notice we need to provide for an event of this nature but circumstances at the moment are unprecedented.
As we are limited by Government requirements to a total hall capacity of 18 people, we can only have a small amount of the public attend. Could we therefore please request that should you wish to attend to either join our happy group of committee members or wish to be there then could you email our secretary at [email protected] to request your attendance? It will be on a first come basis.
